I work in a such a way that I try to treat every client as if they are my only one. On my team, I have a loan approval specialist who has 30 years of mortgage industry experience and a mortgage processor in my office who has worked for me since 2002. She works directly with the underwriters to ensure the smoothest mortgage transaction possible. They are both amazing at what they do.
